I do not at all like how the supers operate in D2.
Multiple Fist of Havocs? Dude, GTFO.
A Nova that just walks around? I literally laughed when I saw that. GTFO.
I want them to put shit back the way it was, add new worlds and activities, and just simply fix the shit that was broken and left behind in D1.
I genuinely thought that's what they were going to do with D2.

D2 is a new game I really like most of the changes they are making, you can't expect them to just make it the exact same.

I don't want it to be the [i]exact[/i] same. I envisioned it to pick up where we left off with some innovations and additions like D-pad mapping but that generally, we would jump right in and start our campaign to defeat the Cabal empire. The new worlds look great, so do the weapon designs... I just personally feel like so much was changed and altered that I feel like it is a [b]new game[/b]... ...[i]not a sequel[/i].

For example, in my mind, the Borderlands series... In fact, Borderlands is the reason I like(d) Destiny.

I just agree, (for the record I haven't played it yet). I wanted D2 to be a ummm MORE is MORE kinda sequel ie: more weapons and weapon rolls more reasons to raid and a vast PVP expansion, but this sequel is just [u]different [/u] (on paper), and not in a good way. It's a less is more approach. The new way weapon slots are seems weird, though it might have some advantages. The changes are most definitely geared towards PVP, and strangely removing weapon rolls and 6s balances PVP while making it likely less rewarding and less exciting experience. Hey I like triple teaming a opponent and trying to escape and counter mobs of enemy combatants. I like spaming supers 2 or 3 times a match, I liked this world I like the pain...... I really hope I enjoy the Beta experience. Currently I'm butthurt over some of the changes.

Boils down to getting worked up over nothing be it positive or negative. Its a terrible flaw to have really.
