Good Afternoon, I have been awaiting delivery of the Age Of Triumph T-shirt which was ordered a fair while ago and i have just returned home from work to find a card from the post office stating that I need to pay £12.66 for a customs charge. This is ridiculous as I have already spent nearly £40 on the T-shirt and personalisation also delivery was paid at the time of order. I do not recall ever being told during the processing of my order that I was going to have to pay any other charges for delivery that is the whole point of paying for delivery when you order something. Now I have spent well over £100 on Destiny and I have been playing since the Beta asking people to pay over £50 for a T-shirt and wait weeks for it is unbelievable. I have Destiny 2 pre-ordered I love the game it hasn't been out of my console pretty much since release but this is no way to run an online store for loyal fans. What do you purpose to do about this as you have me over a barrel i'm going to be out of pocket whatever I do. I am incredibly disappointed at this and will be cancelling my pre-order of Destiny 2 to cover the extra cost I'm having to incur and will not be able to partake in the future of the Guardians.
