I don't have linkable proof. But I specifically remember Bungie saying supers will require 2 hits to kill other supers.

Hmmm that could end up favoring the arcstrider then, as it seems they hit at a faster rate then the striker and FoH or charge
-
well there is a perk in one of the clusters that makes it so your super hits twice after a dodge. meaning it would shut down other supers if you could get in. The dodge does not take super energy and it doesn't use up your class dodge either. far as I know you can pretty much spam dodge while you're in the super.
-
Hmmm hasn't even come out and it looks like there may be unbalances already... hopefully they fix that
-
Eh. Gunslinger will still wreck you before you get close if they are competent players. Titan fist of havoc vs arc strider is a toss up. I think if the titan can get a shoulder charge off first he'll win. Just cause it's so damn fast and there is no down time between a shoulder and another or a shoulder and a slam. blade of dawn can literally just hide in the sky to avoid you. and I can't comment on void walker since we don't know anything other than it exists. sentinel I imagine would win if they can hit you with the throw before you approach. IMO it's got the potential to be the best super at the moment as far as super v super play goes. but you have to be really quick and smart. I still feel like golden gun is going to reign supreme here though even with needing an extra hit and having real damage drop off.
-
Except the Sentinel still has suppression nades. Literally going to be my go to, was a mistake to give the highest skill cap nade a romaing super and I love it.
-
Well I will admit I forgot about those. But it's assuming it still behaves the same. I mean they changed the behavior on lightning grenades so it's possible they have. but if they havent then yeah. just another reason i'm probably going to run titan first this time around instead of hunter.
-
I don't know about golden gun though, if it takes two shots to kill a fellow super then that is a big downgrade from now where it only takes one shot and with no close quarters abilities it may not be quite the beast it is now, I agree sentinel has the best mix, a long range attack and a close quarters attack along with its possible defense abilities and the Titans new wall power could make it a very popular subclass
-
yeah in cqc it's not going to be a super killer. But if you've got any bit of range even medium range it's going to be the best imo. Though i'm waiting to see if you can OHK supers if you crit shot someone mid super. if that's possible then it's deff the best. just not as "easy" as it was in D1.

I wonder how the Titan wall ability will work against supers? And the sentinels mini bubble shields and block ability?
-
Well the wall blocks projectiles. not people as far as I understood it. So a fist of havoc would just jump through it. It may block a GG shot. that would be pretty interesting. Sentinels when blocking with the shield can take 2 gg shots before it's destroyed. Just like ward of dawn. that's about all I know though.
-
Hmm didn't know any sentinel info was out? How does the actual shield block work against GG I wonder?
-
2 clips have been seen of sentinel in pvp. which is how I know.
