Snipers are almost guaranteed to one shot body. If a weapon like a rocket launcher could one shot from a distance away, a more skill-required weapon like a sniper should also.

A rocket takes more skill to use than a long range accurate sniper. -_-
-
Well if you are hitting bodyshot yes. If you are going for the head nope

Bearbeitet von Kuraishi Sol: 6/6/2017 2:34:20 AMI know what you were trying to say is wrong, but the way you mistakenly wrote that is hilarious! XD
-
Not at all. If you aim for the body with a sniper it is in fact the easiest weapon to use. If you aim for the head then it is not. The only thing wrong was your comprehension of the comment. But it was fixed for you
-
A sniper is easier to hit a headshot than a bodyshot, is essentially what you wrote, and you haven't corrected that. Either way though a rocket is harder to use than a sniper headshot or not in terms of pvp.
-
Bearbeitet von iTHORNY: 6/6/2017 2:51:53 AMWell to clear it up a sniper headshot takes more skill than shooting a rocket with a giant blast radius. You don't have to hit them let alone be precise.
-
If we're talking about equalized weapons no, even with most of what we have right now that's still not true. The only thing that makes that true are a few perks like grenades and horseshoes or tracking.
-
Most smart people aim at the ground at thier opponents feet. Kills them dead everytime. No way hitting headshot with a sniper is more consistent.
-
I believe you don't remember the concept of range.
-
Bearbeitet von iTHORNY: 6/6/2017 3:01:42 AMRange? You aren't going to use those 2 weapons at the same range are you? Well most people wouldn't anyway. Take a sniper like black spindle for example. Has low aa and a terrible scope. If you have more trouble hitting targets with a rocket than you do with that sniper I just don't know what to tell you
-
What??? How thoughtless are you... Yes they are meant for different ranges, snipers have rockets beat by alot. Anything outside of 10-15m is incredibly hard for a rocket to hit.
-
Lol really? I don't have trouble hitting targets up to 50 ft with a rocket. After that it starts getting tricky. The new meta makes snipers good in longe ranged encounters but subpar any closer.
-
I dint believe that at all.
-
Ok. But it's true. I usually have no issue hitting my intended target up to 50 ft easily. 50 ft is medium range not long. Most people who play destiny think 50 ft is long range lol
-
You're talking about with tracking or grenades and horseshoes then?
-
Well tracking actually sucks to be honest. It's really only good with flying targets or areas with no obstacles. Grenades and horseshoes are good but nowhere near as good as they used to be in y1. I could hit my target without grenades and horseshoes at 50 ft. Heck 50 ft. Is actually the high end range of a pistol in real life.
-
Yeah I know that I was talking in game
-
And probably the only 2 gun types that act life like are rocket launchers and scout rifles.
-
Ehh not really, handcannons are probably the most realistic in terms of actual abilities.
-
Bearbeitet von iTHORNY: 6/6/2017 3:30:43 AMEhhh no. Realistically it would only take 1 shot to the dome with a cannon and they are very accurate at 50 ft. In game none of that is a truth. Maybe in y1 minus the power this could be true. But not now. Not even close
-
-
Heck hawk moon and it's baby are modeled after the desert eagle itself
-
Uh yes. Very much true. Most the handcannons either act like desert eagles or 6 shooters.
-
Yes that's true and they're much more realistic than rockets or scouts
-
In y1 yes they were. They are far from it now. Keep in my that side arms and handcannons are not the same
