I've had an error viewing the Eververse for well over a week and my purchased silver is not showing up. I used the help form and have heard nothing. I also opened a ticket with Xbox and they said it's not on their end. Any updates Bungie?

I have been seeing the same "query failed" or "sync failed" for weeks now. And none of my silver has shown up. I am also on the Xbox Insider program. So, it seems likely this is the problem. However, the new Xbox dashboard has been released now, right? But the silver still isn't working. Does anyone know any workaround? None of the troubleshooting steps have helped. If I signed in on another Xbox that was not in the Insider Program, do you think that might allow the silver to sync?

Did you start Destiny on a 360? I've heard of people that did start on an older console, and then upgrading, finding their silver when they logged back into the old console.

When you say you've used the help form, is that to file a report missing silver or just the help article? If the former then you will just have to wait until someone gets back to you about it
