Why no Hunter exotic has "Carry more ammo for Heavy/Special Weapons" perk?
Warlocks have Tranversive Steps and 3 chest pieces with these perks (Starfire Protocol, Alchemist Raiments and Purifier Robes), Titans have 2 chest pieces (The Armamentarium and Twilight Garrison), Hunters however have [u][b]NONE[/b][/u].
All other exotics specify the type of weapon that will have extra heavy ammo and allow to carry less than these generic weapon type perks (example: 6 Ghorn rockets vs 7 with one of these exotics), and this perk also increase the amount of ammo for the Sleeper Stimulant from 9 to 12 (and sword ammo by 1-2, irrelevant for swords).
I don't expect you to create a Hunter exotic this late, but at least have this in consideration for Destiny 2.

Because bungie hates hunters, many people asked for it long time ago and bungie silence is the eternal answer.

3 AntwortenBecause they can go invisible every 25 seconds and don't need an extra rocket? One extra rocket? I mean sleeper sim maybe - but who honestly cares...... Rockets are way more fun jumping around like a kangaroo on pcp covered crack rocks. ;o)

I don't care for my hunter class and one reason for it is just that. In year one, almost all exotic boots and chests granted you more special or heavy. Now it's just Warlock boots, 2 chest pieces, and 2 chest pieces for the Titan. If you look at the year one changes, even legendary armor had those options. Why they changed it is beyond me.

3 AntwortenBones of Eao should definitely have it. As the best generic Hunter exotic, it would be the easy solution to make everyone happy. Before Bungie nerfed the crap out of snipers, I always hated how I couldn't get the max ammo for my LDR on my Hunter. It was such a good roll too...

Agreed, but then people will complain. About what I don't know this seems geared towards pve. It's prudent to allow all classes that specific perk. Other than that, meh.

1 AntwortenLet's think where 1 rocket or 20 me shots would come in handy. Raid? Not in WotM. 20k damage is nothing in the long run. Nightfall? Odd are you either melt the boss with supers or you peck away 1 rocket at a time while always killing every single add before damaging boss which takes well over five minutes. All those heavy boosts are useless in pvp. Heroic strikes and more or less the same.

4 AntwortenProbably for the same reason that warlocks don’t have an evasion exotic. All classes have strengths and weaknesses. One class may have a strength that is good against another class’ weakness but the third class’ strength is probably strong against the first’s weakness.

We used to get it with lucky raspberry. If you find the pics where bungie announced it was coming to yr 3, its on the perks in the photo, but they changed it. Sucks.

I just keep a pair of legendary 400 rocket ammo and 400 machine gun ammo boots and switch between the two. Would be nice to have the extra 20-40 rounds from a chest piece too though.
