My memory of similar will not attune on my titan. I have had this problem for awhile now and I have done everything I could to try to attune it and it won't work at all. Please fix this it must be bugged

Hi, If you have the artifact in your inventory but cannot attune it, check your abandoned quest kiosk. Sometimes the quest will end up there without you knowing.
