I and the teams I have been on have experienced these glitches, multiple times in Vos CM. The last two Vos CM have had these glitches. 1. Monitor destroyed (fast), text says its destroyed. Then a Tv wipe. 2. Bomb thrown at door switch, in plenty of time and accurately. Shield does not activate. Most commonly back left room. These two glitches have ended at least 5 teams I have been on. Because we kept havng to start over for CM. Wasted alot of time. Had nothing to do their skill. Bungie please fix
