Student of History trophy still not working. No update from bungie. No communication. -blam!- bungie, -blam!- destiny 2, and -blam!- all other products bungie might create. Never buying bungie product again due to baffling terrible customer support experience. Bungie does not stand behind its products.

Hello, We look to provide updates when progress has been made, or when we can project an expected resolution to the issue at hand. We do not wish to state that a resolution is coming, when it may be delayed due to other issues found during the testing of the proposed fix. We are continuing to investigate this issue. Hello, First let me thank you for this response, even though you cannot provide more information, this kind of reply shows that you are listening and paying attention, which helps alleviate some of our frustration. Please understand most of our frustration comes from feeling like we are not being heard, and this simple act of giving us a small response helps make it better. I am an active member of trophy hunter communities across the web, I namely PlayStationTrophiesDotOrg and PSNProfilesDotCom, and frustration is rapidly growing in these communities well, mostly due to feeling ignored. To most, it seems odd that the issue with this trophy not unlocking is by far the most common issue reported in this topic, yet it hasn't been mentioned in the weekly What's Up Doc for many weeks now. Might I suggest giving the community a simple status update in the next Whats Up Doc so as to calm down the playerbase agitation about this particular issue? Hopefully this message is read. I believe more proactive communication with the players would greatly lessen the players concerns.
