I made a new psn a while ago and for my first five games I played against beginners like I was supposed to.

But you are starting a new account and going into pvp making the game think you're new. Don't see how that's broken.

Broken because I had flawless connection. It was actually bearable.

Lol sorry I wasn't clear. With my new account the connection was flawless and I had no issues getting into games on time. With my main account it's exactly the opposite. Bungie talks about how they prioritize connection first but I totally do not experience that when I play. It takes me forever to match up into a game. I join games midway through when my team is getting stomped. It's terrible. Absolutely terrible.
