Lots of talking about Rasputin and how he is/will fit into the story. If you guys didn't read about the concept art or the "speculated" original story, here is a picture of Rasputin, or would have been. I think we are going to see a lot of this story unfold in destiny 2 and hope that we will meet Rasputin in Exo form.

I think when saladin said Rasputin hasnt been just a warmind for a long time thats hes evolved, maybe made an exo body from SIVA before he lost control of it, could br the strange if Rasputin doesnt have a problem making himself female since she says she wasnt born from the travelers light or could be another exo we've yet to meet, but i think he'll show up with a physical body for destiny 2 at some point

Not the Stranger. There is a Grimiore card where it seems apparent Rasputin is speaking with the Stranger and wants to know how she passes through time. He is looking for a way to survive.

Still, that just makes it seem more likely hes found a way to make himself a physical body and since siva can basically make anything it makes sense he'd used that to achieve it

It seems to me that when looking at the Owl Sector files we are seeing the birth of the Exo. This would be the best way to colonize and also explain the high mortality rate of the experiments. Humans were made in to Exo and to me it appears that Cayde was one of these test subjects. When talking to the Stranger, Rasputin says "you are not one of mine, but at one time you must have been". It is possible that Rasputin was a part of creating the Exo using SIVA tech to do so. If so it would stand to reason that he could have created a body for himself so that he could escape the shackles of being simply a machine. It is also apparent that he has gone rampant and has no value on organic life any longer. His only concern is survival and being able to use the Stranger's knowledge to "step" through time could be a huge advantage.
