Great video from Triple however i believe he is wrong in one part. Bloom is only effective when you shoot multiple shots. However as clearly we can see in this video , his initial shots are not registering correctly. Which highlights the exact issue : Accuracy is tied to Range stat. And this is fundamentally wrong in a shooting game. I have no idea how they can fix it as this is a real issue for every gun in the game. Use a sniper with max range and you'll see how accurate it is compared to a lower range version.
