I know, but that doesn't mean that you have to TAKE OUT content that already exists. I understand that there's no more new releases, I'm not complaining about that... But at least keep what we have now!

I understand what you point of view is. But they are not removing current content. Trials and IB are considered special timed events. Not current game content. All you're current game content up to RoI will still be available. Which included current crucible content. Just not special events and new content. I have both ps3 and ps4. My characters will be living on parallel universes after August 30th. But that is just part of progress. GtaV has the same thing. Not everything is available on both consoles.
