Very touchy point.
I see your point and agree to an extent.
However, the other side is this.....
Kills are worth more when you control more points. Maybe if the Rambo 20+ kills per game was with his team helping to control more points instead of flanking and using their effort to pad his score they would die a little less and he would still be part of completing captures.

See, I'm the Rambo, but I never leave my team. I'm always right in the Frey. I don't snipe, so I'm always front, and center of the action. After controlling 2 points, find a choke point, and kill all those who come your way. That's how I play. I'll be on top, and with 25 plus kills. Everytime. Oh, and a victory.

You sound like you run around with a shotgun, pretending to be helpful to the team when in reality all you care about Is your kills. In control you are ment to capture flags and then defend them hence contoling the zones. If you have one guy who goes rambo getting 20 kills and 0 captures he is more a burden than help.
