Goddamn Ubisoft for creating a mechanic that creates tension for solo players or players who have stockpiled high end gear from farming. God pvp should just be removed from every game and replaced with coop modes so everyone can have fun. Edit: after seeing your stats I now understand why you don't like PVP

Rogue players add extra to the DZ, it would be pointless without them.

Really, what is the point of them? There really is none. The DZ should be more like a PVE wonderland were multiple agents work together to bring down high enemies

Going rogue ties in with story, the DZ is absolute controlled chaos. Where the true essence of humanity is shown in all it's bloody glory. Even with the advanced technology of our agents is almost useless besides offensive capabilities. The point of them in game is just to advance the feeling in the DZ, to know at any moment you can be gunned down even by the people you fight alongside.
