For the past 4 weeks I've had nothing but shards and lvl 300 gear drop from every part of the raid, even oryx takes my shards and gives me a 300 scout rifle when mine is 310. I've only had 3 pieces of raid armor since the first week, 3 shotguns (2 at 300, 1 at 303), 2 fusion rifles (1 300 and 1 305 that I infused with my 303 shotgun), 2 scout rifles (1 at 303, 1 at 300), 2 ghosts(1 at 302, 1 at 309), 2 chests(both at 300), 2 boots(1 at 300, 1 at 303) and 3 class armor(2 at 300, 1 at 303). I remember bungie saying that they were gonna take the whole luck mechanic out, and make it a game where the rewards you get depend on how much time you put into the game.
