My BBB complaint was filed a couple weeks ago. In my origninal complaint i had to give my contact info, ..........Aweek goes by and i get a response from Activision. THey tell me to fu/uck myself, and that its Bungies deal, so then i wait another week. Got a response from the BBB, and it stated Bungie had contacted them, and claimed to not be able to get in contact with ME. LOL.
CLearly a lie, The BBB, AND ACTIVISION both were able to contact me..................SO they absolutely do lie to the BBB, probably to buy time for this new EULA to be pushed out.

Actually, the BBB entry for Bungie specifically lists Activision as point of contact for all complaints. Yes, but I'm saying that Activision claims it should be them on the Bungie listing, then claims to you (or anyone who makes the complaint) that it should be Bungie. Basically the old runaround.
