Well, guess there won't be a real reply by someone from CS. Is only one person working in that department?

It would be nice to get an actual response to peoples' questions than just linking the Customer Service page. Definitely the last time I'm ordering anything from the Bungie Store; your CS is one of the worst I've encountered.

This is a game forum, not a customer service department. Recognize that the people working in the forums have nothing to do with the store and quit being rude to them for trying to help as best they can.

This is literally the only way, considering that they don't respond to their CS form on their website. In addition, the reply by Bungie on the thread is directly related to a question regarding the Bungie Store. In regard to "helping the best they can," I don't find copy and pasting a generic reply to a link that doesn't help in any way is all that helpful...maybe my standards are too high for what to expect from CS. And saying I'm "being rude" is amusing. Considering the way they treat customers in my experience is far more "rude" than anything posted here. Selling goods and charging a customer immediately, and then completely ignoring them for 2 weeks? To me that's not only rude but poor customer service.
