Somethings got to be done. I filed with BBB. I wad told Activision was handling all customer service for destiny up until recently. So they have had tons of unhappy customers latley flooding the lines at Activision and Microsoft and the BBB. I was told my complaint is getting forwarded to bungie also. They are being forced to handle the customer service side of this game now.(which should be interesting ) I also have a case #. So people are taking a stand and Activision/Bungie is going to hear it loud and clear. If they don't change what they are doing with destiny they will lose tons of future purchases.
