Just got off the phone with MS

Options have been opened up for me getting a refund for the digital version of the game. Just got off phone to Microsoft, advising of my unhappiness with what has happened to this game. They have stated they are getting a lot of calls about this and are gathering all the cases. I have already spent $140AUD on this and they have stated that communications are going to opened up with Bungie to further relay the customer dissatisfaction. I've been given a case number and advised I will be contacted within 3-5 business days with an answer. This is the only thing we can do as gamers to take a stand. Edit: whoa! I didn't expect this tread to explode like this. Must be a sign of the times. Thanks for all the feedback guys! I'll keep this thread updated with the outcome. Edit 2: okay guys!! I DID IT! I was able to get a refund from MS! I even have photo evidence, I can't figure out how to add it from my iPhone. I may have to do it on my computer later. But I did it! I was thinking MGSV. Maybe borderlands collection. All I can say when dealing with MS is be respectful. Advise u have never requested a refund in the past, and I requested it to be to credited to my MS account instead of a physical refund to say my paypal or bank account. I didn't get a full refund. Just $99.95 for the game. I'm quite happy to take a $39.95 loss for the price of the expansion pass. I look at it like a prorated price loss for the games age. So I'm happy. Hopefully I have given other hope that they can do the same if they are unhappy with a product.
