Fan-made Concept Art: Legendary Titan Armor "Paladin Type" and Exotic Scout Rifle "Execution Order"
I was kinda just sitting around in class one day and thought up of some more themed exotic/legendary weapon and armor sets. These two ideas were done in some spare time I had. I have other ideas besides these two listed, but I'll work on those some other time. *again, art style is inspired by Ryan DeMita's work on Destiny*
-Armor
I like knights, and I mainly play as a titan, and since swords are going to be a thing, I kinda put those ideas together and designed the "Paladin Type" armor set.
-Scout Rifle
Going along this this dark ages/medieval theme, the thought of an executioner or a headsman came to mind. So I designed "Execution Order", a medium range exotic scout rifle with a meaty axe blade on the end. I thought up of some perks to match (maybe the weapon could have 2 interchangeable perks): 'Death Sentence'- Stacking Critical Hits on a target makes them more susceptible to damage (stacks up to x times, damage mitigation reduces x% per critical hit).// 'Headsman's blade'- When weapon is held, agility stat increases and melee hits deal x% more damage with an additional bleed damage over time (if enemy is shielded, melee damage will pierce through shield and bleed DOT affects target directly).// 'Execution Order'- [just for sh!ts and giggles] stacking critical hits on a Major/Ultra target will cause nearby lesser enemies to attack marked Major/Ultra (within a certain radius).

The armor is great, but I think that a blade like that would fit better on an AR or shotgun.

love the scout rifle. Could be great with melting point.

It's cool and everything, I just don't think that design is fitting of a scout rifle. The big ass blade just seems like it belongs on something that is more close range, like an auto rifle or hand cannon. Awesome armor though, you always make beautiful creations.

That's a beautiful and menacing looking rifle. There armor looks pretty sick too. Getting me some Skyrim vibes ;).

@Bungie, can we please see this scout rifle in game? Holy shit, that's a great art concept. Work on the perks and I easily see this going into the game. Love that melee perk for it, considering the pendulum blade under the hand.
