Hi SpartanJ0sh117,
In order to download Destiny: The Taken King – Digital Edition, you must own Destiny, The Dark Below, and House of Wolves. These licenses must be owned under one account. You will not qualify for this offer if the content is split between multiple accounts on a single console. If you do not own all three, you will have to either purchase the missing DLC or one of the other Taken King bundles.
As for the Suros pack, all Day 1 Taken King players will automatically qualify for the additional weapon pack offers.

Will I still be able to play The Taken King on the same console even if I buy it on his account? Thanks for the reply anyway! *EDIT* I have found out that the expansions are actually all on my account, it still says COMING SOON!? I have heard people in Australia cannot get it.
