Destiny was designed with old gen specs, but it wasn't "optimized". Witcher 3 is optimized, MGSV is optimized, Destiny is a bunch of programmers releasing a half-baked game.

Witcher 3 is current gen only. I'm talking about optimized for both current and last gen. Destiny is optimized for both. Both play almost exactly the same. A game that is not optimized for both is shadow of mordor. Its an amazing game for current gen. A peice of crap on last gen.
