Yes buy it, pretty nice sniper and the camo perk is fun to play with. Also I'd seriously consider lvl'ing up another character so you can start doing the weekly at least twice. I played just a warlock for a long time and was always short on coins. I still basically just play the warlock but am good enough with my hunter to do the weekly and nightfall at least.
