What is the Roman numeral on some gear and weapons? I'm assuming [I] let's me get 32 and [II] let's me get 34? If note idk what the point of those are. Also if all gear can be upgraded to max why would you focus the II ones

The Roman numeral 1 means its from The Dark Below era. And 2 means HOW's era. All armor and weapons can be maxed
