Why use Nechrochasm when there are several other weapons (fatebringer, thunderlord, fang, verdict, 4th horseman etc) that way outnumber the power of it. Theory... Busted.

I never said it was the best choice. Just designed for it.

It's designed for Crota's Raid. Mainly for the abyss part to explode numerous thralls/crowd control. Good luck taking down multiple major captains using the Nechrochasm.
