I think it will be funner than the moaners say. a decent amount of time has passed so most people have decent gear. those who have earned or found good gear get to experience the benefits. and why not? they PAID they played and anyone who enters chose to on their own will. also I think hardcore pve players may just get a chance to use their gear to their "i don't play pvp. because I'm no good there " benefit. I would expect Matchmaking to use lack of pvp experience to match players up.
