You’ve still failed to prove how what he said specifically states that he will kill them. Nowhere in his post does he mention he will kill anyone. Losing the right to live doesn’t explicitly mean that someone will die, similarly how some people who have lost the right to bear arms still have firearms regardless.

Go. Take. The. Courses. I. Am. Done. Keep on and I will mute your ass.
Go. Take. The. Courses. I. Am. Done. Keep on and I will mute your ass.
I’m not sure why you’re taking such personal offense to this.
-
Because you are not going to listen and I am beyond tired of explaining this to you people who think this is how you hold a conversation. Does this look like a debate forum? Do you see a moderator standing there at the side? Nope. I can speak until I am blue in the face and all you will do is ignore what I said. So go take the courses and you argue with the experts when you can't understand what they tell you.

It’s all about wordplay. “Experts” are just better at it than most people. Doesn’t mean they’re right. Otherwise why do you think rich people get sentenced for less time than poor people for the same crimes?
-
Rich people get less time because they can afford better lawyers. Better lawyers know the laws better. The best lawyers know the laws inside and out and know how to appeal to the jury or judge.
-
know how to appeal to the jury or judge.
See? It’s all about the wordplay.
-
Word play is not enough, it is just one element. It is the whole ball of wax that matters. Is it election year? Is there a lot of home defense cases? What are the races of the people involved? What is the political climate towards the shooters race? What is the economic level of the shooter? Is it worth the cost of pursuing? Can the detectives build a strong enough case against the shooter? What kind of person is the shooter? Will the press be for or against the prosecution? I went to these courses because I was aware that being a gun owner meant I may end up using my gun to protect myself. The folks that do them, they are experts in the law surrounding gun violence. They teach you what to not say and they explain that any social media presence you have can be used against you.
-
It may be the case that they use social media against him, but it’s still not a smoking gun of a confession. Like I said, there’s no way to prove that he specifically will kill them.
