Hey there,
It’s not necessary to make multiple threads on the same topic. As mentioned before, you are the only one who can recover your profile as Bungie does not have access to your profile or your login credentials.
There are steps you can follow in this article. You’ll want to ensure that the account you are attempting to log in with to recover the profile is not currently linked to another profile.

Bro literally I’ve tried every step and it still won’t take me my old Proule Cutscene ID 6399890
-
Edited by Kell of Kellogs: 11/10/2018 5:20:45 PMThen that was the account may not have been used to create that profile. Is there currently an account linked to the profile you’re attempting to recover?
-
The name of it Is Cutscene and the ID is 6399890
-
The only account i used to create it was my psn and thats the one ive been trying to use because its the only one i used
-
No there is not
-
Did you recently try merging your battlenet and PlayStation profiles?
-
Does that like make my old profile go away?
-
No that is just how profiles become orphaned. It’s possible to recover it, the steps just have to be followed precisely.

I’d remove your phone number as this is s public forum. I work solely through Bungie.net in #help.

So im at a screen that states two profiles that were made in 2018 but i played and made the profile when D1 was released what am i to do?
-
You will want to use the PlayStation, or Xbox account authentication method used to create the Bungie.net profile that was lost, and if you don't have that account then you can't recover. Also if it's been too many days you can't recover the account.
-
i literally unlinked the account last night and plus im using th PSN account that i used and it keeps saying that these are the accounts that are on it when they re not the rightones my original account is Cutscene ID 6399890 look it up and you will see.
-
What are you signed in with right now, Battlenet account or PNS account? It doesn't matter if your account was or wasn't the Cutscene account at any time, Bungie can not restore the account. The only way you can recover the account is if you follow the steps listed in that article Kellogs provided. And even then you may not recover it.
-
If i cant recover it than thats stupid considering ive been playing for about 4 years.
-
Im signed in with the battle net and why cant they recover it i spent so many hours on that profile i have emblems that i cant use anymore so why cant they recover it
-
Before if you lost an account you couldn't recover it ever. Now Bungie has allowed a limited recovery system but it's limited and only works if all the rules are followed. First what you want to do is unlink the PSN account from this Battlenet account if it's linked. Are you on a computer? if so go to this link while signed in on your Battlenet account. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings?category=Accounts Under AUTHENTICATED ACCOUNTS click UNLINK next to the PlayStation Network if it's linked.

which steps in specifically?

Bungie.net Profile Recovery If a player has lost access to a Bungie.net profile by removing all associated authentication methods, they may proceed through the following steps to reclaim their account: 1• Identify the authentication method used to create the Bungie.net profile that was closed or lost 2• Ensure the authentication method has been unlinked from any active Bungie.net profiles 3• Click "Create a new account" and use the account credentials that were originally linked to the desired account 4• Select "Recover" next to the desired Bungie.net profile and complete the account reclamation process, which may be identified by profile membership ID's or Bungie.net join dates

Ok so im at a screen that says create new profile or link to a different account now the profiles that say recover both state that they were made in 2018 which my original profile was made when destiny 1 was released how come?
-
Yes why?
-
Currently both are linked to the Bungie profile you’re currently posting on. As per the article I linked
Ensure the authentication method has been unlinked from any active Bungie.net profiles
You’ll need to unlink the account that was used to create the lost profile from any other profile. Again, the article I linked has very specific steps you need to follow
