Recovery Help
My old account Cutscene ID 6399890 was lost last night and everytime i use credentials to try to recover it, It keeps taking me to this other profile thats not mine i need help or bungies atleast

As mentioned before, you are the only one who can recover your profile as Bungie does not have access to your profile or your login credentials. There are steps you can follow in this article. You’ll want to ensure that the account you are attempting to log in with to recover the profile is not currently linked to another profile. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130
