Batman is human but he has suits that give him the ability to harness the speed force (run faster than light), have telekinesis, fly, able to perceive and dodge omega beams (both superman and the flash were too slow, have the ability to push planets in space. All with the hellbat suit

Ilaccording to the comics it takes around 6 days of continuous use. Which doesn't matter if he is faster than light and within .1 seconds he beats the chief.
