Master Chief V. Batman
2 days prep time. Comic Book Batman.
Imo I think Master Chief would win no contest, not only is he quicker then Batman, he also has the titanium armor and shield that can withstand plasma.

4 RepliesI don't think 2 days is sufficient prep time for batman (probably would need several months at least for something as advanced as the Chief's armor). So he'd go in with some traps set, but they wouldn't be enough to get through the Chief's shield and armor. Then the Chief would finish him off.

I'd compare chief to bane. If batman has prep time and knows what he's dealing with, batman will take chief with no issue. Hell comic book batman was able to take on gods.
