Ok, one problem I seem to have is as soon as I start getting shot there's so much wobble on my sniper I can't come close to landing anything

Yeah you have to hit them first or make them miss to hit your snipe. If they hit you before you kill them... you have to just leave them alone. Sometimes you can go around the corner for 5-10 seconds then pop back out and get them. Do not make it personal and keep shooting at the same guy... the best move is to leave them alone sometimes.

I recommend the perk, unflinching or better aim while under fire
