It does not. It means easy mode just like a crutch. High aim assist viable in both distance and close quaters. Insane reload speed. Need i go on. All i said it needs a name change and you got all upset.

I wouldn't say the gun itself is a crutch nor is it handicap?... It's a fun gun to use and it really benefit a player who relies on speed.
