Nothing OP about the weapon as an exotic whatsoever. The RoF/Impact/Stability is balanced relatively amongst the top 8 scouts - Going by numbers, specced right, the Suros scouts have better TTK...the reason why you're getting killed by MIDA is because it's simply popular, not because of it's firepower - because third eye & increased sprint makes it a fantastic PvP tool.

People hate it because A) it's a counter to snipers. And B) it's VERY consistent. It's not op, just a really reliable gun and that's why so many people use it. I personally think it's in a great place right now in terms of balance. It has good TTK without being too fast, and with a little practice, the recoil is very easy to manage.

And now that xur is selling it all the salty kids will be complaining as the usage spikes. Please ignore any posts about nerfing it.

4 RepliesMulti-tool was balanced even with its hidden HCR. What else is there to nerf on it? It's a supremely well balanced gun, and TBH, very bland for an exotic. Why the hell would they want it nerfed some more?

If you have to use the mida to be good at this point i feel -blam!-ing bad for whoever lol its not like the hawksaw or grasp, or even the iron banner scout with a good roll can easily over power it. Its all about style. These weapons are all perfectly fine. Maybe shotguns and fusions could use a few tweaks.

To be honest I use hung jury. I feel it's so much better. Great in both pvp and pve

Ah yes the 4 critical shot sniper almost like an LMG. Capable of taking out 5 enemies with a single clip. The gun has seemingly limitless range and the ability to 4 shot someone clear cross map even outsnipe the snipers while I do feel this gun could possibly receive a small mag nerf or maybe even a stability nerf the gun isn't that bad.

3 RepliesMy problem isn't so much with the mida as it is with the fact that that's all I'm ever killed by. I personally think that either it needs a nerf or other weapons need a buff because in a game like destiny with so many diverse weapons it's so frustrating when the competitive aspect lacks diversity for the most part.
