is that a pve reference? we all use it in pve now?

I want to use it in PvE ...but it doesnt last nearly long enough nor does it do enough damage to kill simple adds.

Even though OP is obviously talking about PvP, this guy's PvE observations of spectral are still valid. It should be usable within PvE.... a good perk like flawless execution shouldn't go to waste with only having a decent super.
