Kill clip took the headshot damage from 31 to 41...so yeah that’s a little ridiculous. At least with rampage you can’t get to 41 before getting 3 stacks. Historically when guns get nerfed, they get nerfed to the ground. That’s why PVP players don’t like the onset of so called balance.

True, They did go too far in D1. That's part of why the nature of nerfing things is so toxic in this community, it's partially bungie's fault for being so terrible with balance before.
