It's not shit, but it is true that it has become a gigantic bureaucratic mess. It needs to be made fully transparent and cut down paperwork to make it more efficient. Furthermore, if we want to improve healthcare we need to make it 24/7. I also think just cause you have free healthcare shouldn't mean you can just take everyone for a ride by getting Type 2 Diabetus. Then there is the fact that it is actually underfunded as well and medicine keeps getting more expensive.

Its not perfect but it is kind of amazing. Never worry about getting sick or injured, its a good way of living.
