Yes. Why is void the only class that has to charge improved grenades…when they are arguably the worst charged grenades.

It's a relic from vanilla D2, so it's probably so ingrained into the coding that they're scared to mess with it lol

That's what they used to do would be ideal for them to have this back or offer echo of persistence instead atleast it would let us use another fragment or aspect if these gauntlets had a slight buff an echo of persistence wouldn't be broken or break pvp I reckon

Yeah I mean technically nothing manacles gives chaos accelerate for free but only on scatters.

Exactly this. Getaway artist gives arc souls without the arc soul aspect equipped, this should grant chaos accelerant regardless if you have it equipped.
