Can they get a buff that grants echo of persistence for wearing them

1 ReplyThe problem with Nothing Manacles is Chaos Accelerant. The Charged version of Scatter grenade is awful. Changing this would benefit the exotic greatly. Contraverse Hold suffers from being part of a family of exotics that do the same thing but better. Drastic changes must be done to Contraverse if it ever hopes to stand above, and apart, from these.
