Yes, but the loot inside of the packages is random, just like every other drop in this game. SO once again, it is a random drop.

Yes. But it's 100% chance at that random drop. Going 50-2 in control with Thorn is just guaranteeing that the guy that goes 2-50 on your team gets the exotic lol.

Once again it's random, and there is random drops in crucible as well. All drops in this game are random. It's a % of a chance no matter what game type you are playing.
