Why are flawless pvp player so tryhard?
Seriously 90% with the emblem use thorn and shotgun. Why?? I mean they're supposed to be the best pvpers.. so why are they in tryhard mode most of the time? They should have enough skill to wreck people with normal weapons but no they snipe you with thorn and blink shotgunning the shit out of you.

That's just it. They can't play without their crutches. I can pull out my thorn and felwinters just as easy, but I don't want to. I want to enjoy the game and not ruin everyone's gaming experience.

In trials the point is to win above all else. If you're unwilling to use powerful weapons out of self-righteous pride, the the only person to blame is yourself. Personally, I'll use whatever weapons complement the man's combat style and what my opponents are using. If I see my opponents are all using pulse rifles/shotguns then I'll run TLW/sniper; if I see they're using thorn/sniper then I'll use thorn sniper. It's about match ups and planning strategically.

I use a variety of weapons such as red death, last word, hawkmoon, hopscotch pilgrim, or my jewel. I only use thorn in trials now. That being said, the idea of trying too hard is funny to me. I obviously play to win, like anyone else. I wreck some people, some wreck me. Saying you are losing because others are trying too hard is a pretty lame excuse for your own poor performance.

There is no correlation with going flawless and shotguns, personally I've moved away from using shotguns in trials unless it's extreme cqb

3 RepliesBecause an upper hand is just that. I am a trials try hard as you might say. Flawless 5 or 6 times now. Every week since I started trials. I have full trials gear. But my secret isn't thorn or Shotgun... I would recommend red death and your most trusted sniper rifle

I love them joining my 3v3 games. 9 times out of 10 I dominate them with my messenger/longbow. And half the time I get them to leave. Exotic emblem or not anyone using thorn and blink shotgun is needs to get some skill and not just build their kd on harvesting noobs.

I am not good, I just use what I want on any given day, haven't used HC's in a long time, and I prefer snipers to shotgun. I haven't played trials yet, and doubt I ever will, as long as I go positive in a match I am happy tbh.

So since we are flawless we are supposed to use crappy guns, while u use these op guns? Think about that please. We got to where we are using this top tier guns, maybe u should try using em?

Another thing: if not-so-good weapons are harder to get kills with - which makes you "try harder" to use them, wouldn't that make you the [i]try hard[/i]?

i just went flawless for the first time this week. And i dont see what all the big fuss about is, it honestly looks ugly (I carried my team too)
