As an Englishman a posh southern accent is possibly the biggest turn-off around aside from maybe a Brummy accent.

Southern can sound hot, depends on the girls voice though, you clearly haven't heard scouse if you think southern is 2nd worst to Brummy.

I don't mind a mild scouse accent, I don't have one myself but half my family is from Liverpool.

I live in St.Helens I heard scouse all my life and I don't like the accent to the point a girl has to be stunning before I consider a scouse girl.

Still were conquered. The Roman Empire mostly imploded from bad emperor after bad emperor. The Huns and Germanic tribes -blam!-ed them up while they were weak. East Rome survived for a good while though. West Rome was chaos.

I didn't deny that we was Conquered, I am just saying that the Britons at the time constantly rebelled draining Roman resources and with their need to have more men had Germanic's join the military which in turn proved deadly.

I'm not disagreeing. The combination of bad leadership and attacking Briton and Germanic tribes was their downfall.
