Such was the case with Cyberpunk 2077 which came with a bunch of bugs and they made an exception. US PS Store doesn't give refunds. They don't even give you credit. Other countries have laws to protect the customer. They can when you ask, most of the time they decline it and keep your money.

Projections were horrible for it. This is the.main reason for the huge amount of layoffs a while ago.

It doesn’t change wether or not you want to get it, people that are invested in the game will no matter what. And the lay offs were not because of the projection of Final Shape, we don’t 100% know why they happened. What we do know is that Lightfall didn’t meet their projection goals, AND they are not the only company that needed to lay people off, many studios did the same thing following Bungie. That doesn’t mean i’m saying everything is all rainbows and unicorns, i’m just saying that you can’t make assumptions like that.

Then buy it. However , with the current Bungie trend you would be buying it not caring if it's good or bad. I'd rather not give my money for a stinky pile of crap. I would much rather buy food. But, to each its own, I guess...

If we can give bungie money to try and make the game better, why shouldn’t we? I get what you mean, i’ve haven’t been SUPER disappointed with the past few expansions like everyone else, so i don’t care. I’d obviously rather the game get better, but either way, i’m gonna play it. I’ve been playing since year 1 d1, i’m not gonna quit now lmao. I am willing to spend a few meals worth of money on something that can give me 100+ hours of entertainment with my friends.
