that is an absolutely stupid analogy and you know it. the lawn CLEARLY has a cool-down on being mowed, so just like how i mentioned before, in the part that you conveniently left out, bungie enabled no such cool-down, allowing players the OPTION to either grind out the games back-to-back, OR complete them little-by-little, over time, whichever the player CHOOSES. if one CHOOSES to grind all 40 games back-to-back, then that is on the INDIVIDUAL, NOT bungie! again, they INTENDED it to be done over time, as a long-term goal and an eventual completion, but left it open to be done as the player CHOOSES.
