You make some good points when addressing mechanics and the unfairness of having to purchase crap that was already on disc.
But half your argument is basically you complaining that you're too bad at pvp vmto win a match of ToO. Putting HC gamers against each other more often was the whole point. It's supposed to be be harder. Get better.
The game is a disappointment as a whole, no disputing that. However, ToO is actually one of the only serious steps in competitive gaming in Destiny.

Uh, i see like... if i was a boxer and they said a new elite exhibition type was where both competitors had to fight while balancing an egg on a spoon held in the mouth. Sure it adds a "new degree of skill" and people can be "competitive" and few will win. But doesnt that seem trivial? Thats my view of osiris. Ty for a respectful reply.

The egg thing has nothing to do with Trials. Take a regular boxing match. Or football season, any sport season for that matter. U play until the championship, then u get a trophy in the finals. Why? Bc ur the best. U don't get a consolation prize for being the wild card. I love the way Trials rewards the better players. Can't win? Get better.
