Its ok but they did it wrong imo. It will be harder to generate 8 orbs using it. They should have kept it 3 shots & done this
1st shot is 2x damage
2nd shot is 4x damage if the first shot lands
3rd shot is 6x damage if the 2nd shot lands
Wouldn't matter if it was the same target or not, as long as the shots land, it would stack. That would make it much more useful imo

That amounts to x12 the original damage. That would be ridiculous. x1.5, x2, x2.5 would make more sense.

Golden gun doesn't doesn't do much damage to begin with. So I would say its not ridiculous

That's a different issue; GG needs a damage buff.
