Reason I'm tentative to run raids tbh. All my friends have their own groups lol and with work everyone doesn't wanna do it when I'm off or is on another game. Requirements for raids here are worse than WoW's apparently :(

I use the /r/fireteams subreddit primarily. Most people there are pretty cool and if you admit that you aren't raid experienced, there are many people like myself who have no problem teaching you the raids.
