whats the point form playing the game? and xur will sell every single rare exotic

They won't nerf Ice Breaker or Ghorn. Xur is fine the way he is. The game doesn't reward you and half the time it will give you items your class can't use or a duplicate. The forward progression in this game is ridiculous high and requires way to much time to invest.

I do understand his point. Exotics are easy to obtain on a weekly basis and there aren't enough armor/weapons to stand out. . Once Xur sells Gjallarhorn and EVERYONE buys it, it'll be on every single raid team for A the on and Crota. This will make it 10x easier to complete the raid, and some believe it might receive a nerf because of that. I do understand why some people are afraid of him selling it.

Bungie already stated themselves that these two guns are and I quote "Boss Killers" Not to mention both have already been sold before, granted no one really knew how badass the jelly horn was the first time it was sold.

The point of xur, in case cod queers like you haven't figured it out yet, is to make the game a little more balanced. RNG sucks balls. People can grind forever and never get that one exotic they want, or any exotic at all for that matter. So to make it a little less terrible bungie put a NPC in the game to give you exotics every week if you put forth the effort to grind the coins and motes every day. That way even if you are unlucky all week, at least you can get SOMETHING...

He will sell every exotic gun maybe 2.5x per year. Missing how this is bad, especially when some people (self included) get screwed by the RNG drops, where others get multiple Gjallahorns and Icebreakers running the same events at the same frequency. Xûr is there to unscrew those screwed by RNG.
