And put three silver-only sets in the rewards you get from Salad Man.

As much as this would definitely score them some more good faith, they won’t do that. Eververse needs its funds filled.. for as far as people are still willing to pay for them.. I won’t be doing that for sure.

Which is also amazing how people spend 20€ on non-functional in-game aesthetics. But yeah, part of the problem. A lot of people would play for those sets though. Like a lot! Even with horrible RNG.

If Bungie priced the armor in what I, and I stress “I,” view as reasonable pricing, then I would buy armor in Eververse. $20 is too much but $5 I would and maybe $10 but it would have to be amazing armor. As is, I can’t justify spending on something that 90% of the time I won’t see unless it’s 3rd person, inventory or the hands in 1st person.

Agreed. They would probably sell 600% more if they cost a third. But common sense and basic economics are not their strong suit apparently.

I remember when Eververse came out and they said it paid for extra content like the then outbreak prime exotic mission. I don’t recall them saying anything else has been paid for by Eververse. Seems it’s just pure profit and they don’t use Eververse proceeds to pay for anything but someone’s exotic cars and golden parachutes.
